2 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans broken
20 ouncecan crushed pineapple with juice
2 teaspoons baking soda
ICING:
2 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9"x13" baking pan.
Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir till moistened. Turn into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Do not overbake. Frost while cake is hot. Frosting will set as it cools on the cake.
ICING:
Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave. Blend well. Remove from heat and beat in vanilla and powdered sugar using hand mixer.
